Welcome to PianoCare. By accessing or using pianocare.app and any associated mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

PianoCare provides a platform that helps piano owners assess their piano's condition and connect with independent piano technicians for tuning and maintenance services. PianoCare is a marketplace — we facilitate connections but are not a party to the service agreement between piano owners and technicians.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Piano Diagnostic Tool

The diagnostic tool provides an estimate of your piano's tuning condition based on audio analysis. It is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for a professional evaluation by a qualified piano technician. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of diagnostic results.

PianoCare displays profiles of independent piano technicians. While we verify basic credentials, we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any technician. Any agreement for tuning or repair services is solely between the piano owner and the technician.

All content, design, trademarks, and software associated with PianoCare are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you submit (e.g., reviews, profile information) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform.

8. Payments & Fees

Certain features of the Service may involve fees. We will clearly disclose any fees before you incur them. Payment terms, refund policies, and technician compensation are described separately when applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoCare and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to piano tuning or repair services performed by independent technicians.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PianoCare and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
